888sport Terms and Conditions – Your Complete Player Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire legal agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 888sport ("we", "us", "the Platform") in relation to your use of the 888sport website available at https://888sport-vip.net and all associated services, games and features (collectively, "the Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the 888sport Platform in any way, you confirm that you:

• have read these Terms in full and understood their content;
• are at least 18 years of age;
• are accessing the Platform of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes only;
• are not acting as an agent, representative or proxy for any other person;
• accept these Terms as legally binding on you.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of this agreement.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To open an account at 888sport you must:

• be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, mobile number and email address;
• not already hold an active or suspended account on the 888sport Platform under any name or identity;
• not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.

2.2 One Account Per Player

888sport operates a strict one-account policy. Each player is permitted to hold one active account only. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, same mobile number, same device, same IP address or same payment method — will be identified and closed. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be forfeited. If the creation of duplicate accounts involved deliberate fraud, 888sport reserves the right to withhold funds across all linked accounts pending investigation.

2.3 Verification

888sport may request identity verification at any point — at registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or if unusual account activity is detected. Verification may include submission of a government-issued ID (CNIC), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of the payment method used. Accounts where verification cannot be completed will have withdrawal access suspended until the process is complete. 888sport's verification decisions are final.

2.4 Minor Protection

Providing false information to circumvent the minimum age requirement is a serious violation of these Terms. Any account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all bets placed will be declared void, all deposits will be returned (minus any winnings) and the matter may be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 888sport login credentials. You must:

• choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other service;
• never share your username, password or OTP with any other person;
• log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• notify 888sport customer support immediately at support@888sport-vip.net if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

888sport is not liable for any losses resulting from a player sharing their login credentials, whether deliberately or inadvertently. 888sport staff will never ask for your password. Any communication claiming to be from 888sport and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

888sport accepts the following payment methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. 4.2 Currency

All transactions at 888sport are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit, however large deposits may trigger an additional verification review before funds are credited.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on the account. 888sport does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts not in the player's name, or payment methods not already linked to the account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. 888sport processes approved withdrawals within the timelines published on the payment information page; actual receipt of funds depends on the third-party payment processor's own timelines.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

888sport is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. Any attempt to use the Platform for such purposes is a criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities. 888sport reserves the right to delay, suspend or refuse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of irregular financial activity. Full identity and source-of-funds verification may be required before any such withdrawal is processed.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of zero login activity. 888sport will notify the player via the registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied. A monthly administrative fee of Rs 500 may be deducted from the dormant account balance. When the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact customer support.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

888sport's welcome bonus is available to newly registered players on their first deposit only. The bonus is credited automatically after the qualifying deposit is confirmed. Eligibility requires a minimum qualifying deposit, the value of which is published on the promotion page at the time of the offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — a minimum number of times the bonus amount must be turned over in real-money bets before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement at 888sport is stated clearly within each individual promotion's terms. Only bets placed on eligible games count toward the wagering requirement; some games contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Only one bonus may be active at a time. You cannot claim a new bonus while a previous bonus is still subject to wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets.
• Maximum bet amounts while a bonus is active are published within each promotion's individual terms. Exceeding these limits may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred or assigned to another account.
• 888sport reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally required.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated betting, arbitrage patterns, or use of software to exploit bonus terms — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on 888sport are binding once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of every bet before confirming it. 888sport cannot reverse bets after they have been confirmed except in specific circumstances described in the individual game rules — for example, where a game error has demonstrably affected the outcome.

Where a bet is placed and accepted in error by 888sport — for instance, if incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical fault — 888sport reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the stake. This right exists regardless of whether the error was in the player's favour or against it.

6.2 Sports Betting Specific Rules

Football and cricket betting markets at 888sport are settled according to official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (FIFA, ICC, PCB etc.). In-play bets confirmed before a goal, wicket or other score event occurred will stand. In-play bets placed after the event but before the market was updated due to a feed delay will be voided. 888sport reserves the right to suspend any market at any time where live data integrity cannot be guaranteed.

6.3 Casino and Live Casino

All RNG casino games at 888sport use certified random number generation. Live dealer games use physical equipment visible on camera. Game outcomes are final once displayed on screen and cannot be reversed. If a technical disconnection occurs during a live game, 888sport will attempt to reconstruct the hand or round result from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the stake will be returned.

6.4 Poker Rules

Poker at 888sport is governed by the standard rules of the respective variant (Texas Hold'em, Omaha etc.) as described in the poker room rules document, which forms part of these Terms. Tournament results are final once the last hand of the final table is played and prizes distributed. Disputes regarding hand histories must be raised within 24 hours of the session.

6.5 Maximum Payouts

888sport reserves the right to apply a maximum single-transaction payout cap on any game or market. Maximum payout limits, where applicable, are published within the individual game or market rules. Wins in excess of the published maximum will be paid at the maximum limit and the remainder will be forfeited.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 888sport and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, creating accounts using another person's identity, using stolen payment methods, or engaging in any form of financial deception.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino or any other multi-player game.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts, coordinated accounts or automated means to exploit promotion terms.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, screen-reading software or any tool that interacts with the platform in a non-human manner without 888sport's written permission.
• Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent chargebacks with a payment provider while retaining winnings derived from the disputed deposit. Any player found to have done so will have their account closed, winnings forfeited, and the matter pursued through appropriate legal channels.
• Match Fixing and Insider Information: Placing bets using non-public information that could constitute match fixing, insider trading, or corruption of any sporting event. Such activity will be reported to the relevant sports governing body and law enforcement.
• Undermining Platform Integrity: Any attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, manipulate or tamper with the 888sport platform, its games, its security systems or its payment infrastructure.

8 Responsible Gaming

888sport is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. All players have access to the following tools at any time through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Increases to existing limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to remind you how long you have been playing. Configurable in 30-minute increments up to 4 hours.
• Self-Exclusion: Block access to your account for a minimum period of 30 days or permanently. Self-exclusion is immediate and irreversible for the chosen duration. 888sport will not contact excluded players with promotional material.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 888sport Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logos, game graphics, audio, video, software code, website design, text and layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of 888sport or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 888sport Platform without explicit written permission from 888sport. Personal, non-commercial use of static content (such as saving a page screenshot for personal reference) is permitted subject to these Terms.

10 Limitation of Liability

888sport provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability and accuracy, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from technical errors at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888sport's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

888sport is not liable for:

• losses arising from internet connectivity failures or mobile network outages on your side;
• losses caused by your own error, including placing incorrect bets;
• losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable account security;
• any indirect, consequential or speculative losses of any kind.

11 Privacy and Data

888sport collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming obligations and marketing communications where you have given separate consent. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We use third-party payment processors and game providers who may process your data as part of delivering their services; these providers are contractually obligated to maintain data security standards equivalent to those applied by 888sport.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@888sport-vip.net. Requests will be processed within 30 days subject to legal retention obligations.

12 Complaints and Dispute Resolution

12.1 How to Raise a Complaint

If you have a complaint about any aspect of your 888sport experience, you should first contact our customer support team via Live Chat or email at support@888sport-vip.net. Please include your account username, a clear description of the issue and any relevant dates and amounts. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.

12.2 Escalation

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the initial support process, you may request escalation to 888sport's complaints management team. Escalated complaints will be reviewed within 10 business days and you will receive a formal written response.

12.3 Betting Disputes

Disputes regarding specific bets or game outcomes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event or game session. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated. 888sport's records of game outcomes and bet confirmations are the primary authoritative source in any dispute. Where server logs are unavailable due to technical failure, 888sport will make a reasonable determination based on the best available evidence.

13 Account Closure

13.1 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your 888sport account at any time by contacting customer support via Live Chat or email. Prior to closing the account, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable withdrawal fees) will be paid out to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to verification requirements being met.

13.2 Closure by 888sport

888sport reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where:

• the player has breached these Terms;
• fraudulent, deceptive or criminal activity is suspected;
• the account cannot be verified to 888sport's required standards;
• continued operation of the account is considered necessary to prevent harm — for example, where responsible gaming concerns have been identified;
• applicable law requires 888sport to do so.

Where an account is closed by 888sport for breach of these Terms, any balance resulting from terms violations — including bonus-derived funds or funds obtained through fraudulent activity — may be withheld pending investigation. 888sport will communicate the reason for closure via the player's registered email address where it is safe and lawful to do so.

14 Amendments to These Terms

888sport reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes — those that could reasonably affect a player's rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered players via email and through a notification on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as correcting typographical errors or updating contact information) may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the 888sport Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

15 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of 888sport that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure described in Section 12, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 888sport with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications and representations on the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
